RETURN POLICY

1. Introduction.
This Return Policy explains how product returns are handled by GMS Fabrication LLC (“GMS,” “GMS Race Cars,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing from our website or in person, Purchaser agrees to the terms outlined herein.

3. Return Eligibility.
Most standard merchandise and non custom items may be returned under the following conditions:
(a) Returns must be requested within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
(b) The item must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging when applicable.
(c) Proof of purchase is required.
(d) Returns may be initiated by email or in person.
4. Return Initiation Process.
To request a return, Purchaser must email info@gmsracecars.com with the following:
(a) Order number
(b) Item being returned
(c) Reason for return
Upon review, GMS will provide instructions for returning the item either by shipment or in person delivery.
Return shipping costs shall be the responsibility of the Purchaser unless the return is the result of a GMS error, confirmed shipping damage, or a verified defective product.
5. Non Returnable Items.
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
(a) Electrical components
(b) Custom fabricated parts
(c) Special order or made to order items
(d) Clearance, discounted, or final sale items
(e) Any item that shows signs of installation, modification, damage, or wear
6. Inspection Process.
All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt by GMS. Any item that does not meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein may be denied a refund and returned to Purchaser at Purchaser’s expense.
7. Refund Method.
Approved returns shall be refunded to the original form of payment. If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued at the sole discretion of GMS.

9. Modifications to This Policy.
GMS reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes shall be posted with a revised effective date. Continued purchase or use of products after such posting shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
