1. Introduction.
At GMS Race Cars, we work hard to ensure that your parts and merchandise orders are processed and shipped as efficiently and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle the shipment of parts, apparel, and merchandise purchased from our website or directly through our team.


2. Processing Times.

(a) Parts and Merchandise:
Orders are typically processed within three (3) to five (5) business days after payment is received.

(b) Holiday Processing Delays:
Processing times may be extended during national holidays, major sale events, or periods of high order volume. These delays are normal and do not constitute a breach of order timelines.


3. Shipping Methods and Carriers.
We ship nationwide within the United States using trusted parcel carriers.

Parts and merchandise are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on package size, destination, and carrier availability.

Carrier selection is at the discretion of GMS Race Cars unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


4. Shipping Costs.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

Shipping charges are non refundable once the order has left our facility.


5. Local Pickup.
Customers may choose to pick up parts and merchandise directly from our facility in Statesville, North Carolina.

If local pickup is selected, customers will be notified when the order is ready and provided with scheduling instructions. Orders must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe after notification.


6. Delivery Times.
Delivery times vary based on carrier, destination, and service level selected. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier once the order has shipped and are not guaranteed.

Unforeseen delays caused by weather, natural disasters, holidays, labor disruptions, or carrier operational issues are outside the control of GMS Race Cars and do not constitute grounds for refund of shipping charges.


7. Transfer of Responsibility.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

GMS Race Cars is not responsible for:
(a) Carrier delays
(b) Missed delivery attempts
(c) Damage caused during transit that is not properly documented at delivery
(d) Theft after confirmed delivery

However, GMS Race Cars will assist customers in filing carrier claims when applicable.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments.

If your order arrives damaged:
(a) You must notify GMS Race Cars within forty eight (48) hours of delivery.
(b) Retain all original packaging and provide photos of the damage for claim documentation.

If your shipment is lost in transit:
(a) Contact GMS Race Cars immediately and we will assist in opening a carrier investigation.
(b) Replacement or refund decisions are subject to the carrier’s claim determination.


9. International Shipping.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping on parts or merchandise. Customers with special international requests must contact us directly for review and approval prior to ordering.
